Count one charges that the late J. Paul Getty, FBI File 100.1202, June 26, 1940, Espionage; did support Nazi Germany with oil and financial aid from 1938 to 1941 and did house and employ Nazis at his Hotel Pierre in New York City who were actively spying on and sabotaging allied weaponry plants contrary to Section 906a. Art. 106a.  Espionage;   (a) (1) Any person subject to this chapter who, with intent or reason to believe that it is to be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of a foreign nation, communicates, delivers, or transmits, or attempts to communicate, deliver, or transmit, to any entity described in paragraph (2), either directly or indirectly, except that if the accused is found guilty of an offence that directly concerns (A) nuclear weaponry, military spacecraft or satellites, early warning systems, or other means of defense or retaliation against large scale attack, (B) war plans, (C) communications intelligence or cryptographic information, or (D) any other major weapons system or major element of defense strategy, the accused shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct. (2) An entity referred to in paragraph (1) is - (A) a foreign government;  (B) a faction or party or military or naval force within a foreign country, whether recognized or unrecognized by the United States; or (C) a representative, officer, agent, employee, subject, or citizen of such a government, faction, party, or force.

        (1) The accused has been convicted of another offense involving espionage or treason for which either a sentence of death or imprisonment for life was authorized by statute.

        (2) In the commission of the offense, the accused knowingly created a grave risk of substantial damage to the national security of the United States of America.

Count two charges that the late J. Paul Getty did from 1938 to 1941; support Nazi Germany in violation of The Logan Act – which forbids private citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. 18, U.S.C., 1940 ed., § 5 (Mar. 4, 1909, ch. 321, § 5, Apr. 22, 1932, ch. 126,).  The reference to any citizen or resident within the jurisdiction of the United States not duly authorized “who counsels, advises or assists in such correspondence with such intent.”

Count three charges that the late J. Paul Getty did from 1938 to 1941 support Nazis Germany; in violation of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 12 USC 95a, created to restrict trade with countries hostile to the U.S. (Chapter 106 of the War Powers Act of 1917). An Act to define, regulate and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that this Act shall be known as the "Trading with the enemy Act."

Grant MacDonald is filing a  $22,000,000,000 war crimes lawsuit in Washington against the Getty Oil Company benefactors based on Getty's support for Hitler & the Nazis in WWII.   43,000 people were killed in the UK while Getty was in Berlin shipping oil to Hitler five months before Pearl Harbor, Dec 7, 1941 when Getty assiduously added to his art collection; with the Nazi leaders.  Death - does not rule out - one going forward with civil forfeiture proceedings. Explained further .... Getty benefactors -- at the end of the day -- cannot sit on the spoils of Jean Paul Getty’s crimes. " The government or a private party can take action against property without going after the initial owner.  United States legislation; provides that the death of a defendant charged with a criminal offence shall not be the basis for abating or otherwise invalidating either a verdict returned or the underlying indictment.

It was the job of the FBI in peace and in war to root out internal enemies of the USA. After Pearl Harbor - J. Edgar Hoover personally issued approval for the custodial detention of Getty - as an enemy of the USA. Dec. 20, 1940 … the New York Daily News wrote about Getty’s involvement with espionage at the Pierre Hotel in New York City.  2003 documents declassified by UK Warfare Ministry reveal that in Oct. 1941 the pro-Nazi Jean Paul Getty employed and lodged Nazis at his Pierre Hotel; Nazis who were involved in spying on and sabotaging Allied Forces’ war production plants. 

Pertaining to admiralty law, the government or a private party can take action against property without going after the initial owner.  All assets based on judgment would go to reputable Allied Forces Veteran's foundations.

Attorneys are presently assessing the values of all Getty assets throughout the world and others owned by Getty benefactors which also could be seized and liquidated if this case were won.  To think; that anyone might be so insane to assume that because the USA didn’t declare war in World War II until Pearl  Harbor was attacked … that this allowed Getty to join Hitler from 1938 to 1941 … during Hitler’s violent slaughter through Poland; Czechoslovakia & Norway when Getty supported Hitler & the Nazis with oil.  Canadian pilots were killed while flying with the Royal Air Force during the Battle of Britain Aug. 1940 – May 1941. Getty should have been tried at Nuremberg and hanged for participating in crimes against humanity.

The Law of Treason in United States; "Article Three,"  defines treason as levying war against the United States or "in adhering to their Enemies," knowingly adhered to an enemy of the United States, namely, Nazi Germany, and gave Nazi Germany aid and comfort ... with intent to betray the United States.  

From 1933 to 1945, Hitler and the Nazis stole millions of items from their victims & not only did Jean Paul Getty meet with Adolf Hitler in the 1930's; but Getty was a great admirer of Hitler, Göring and Goebbels. The FBI file records that Getty returned from Berlin in 1939 "talking breezily of his old friend Hitler." 

The FBI report refers to Getty's alliance with Göring, Goebbels & Hitler. Hitler opened the Dachau concentration camp in 1933 and in the late 1930's as war scares mounted, Getty assiduously added to his art collection; with the Nazi leaders gleefully collecting artifacts stolen from incinerated Jews and others. In 1933 Britain's Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald & U.S. President Roosevelt, as well as many other leaders of the world were outraged at what was occurring by Hitler in Germany; to the Jews ... with 115,000 arrested, held without trial; hundreds slain and tortured.  In 1933; the extermination of Jews; when bodies were found without eyes and children murdered.  FBI officials reported that Getty was seen with Göring, Goebbels and Hitler.  Getty was refused his passport and had his application referred to the fraud section of the U.S. State Dept., because of his pro-German activities. It was reported that Getty had given the German army advice on how to break through the Maginot Line along the border of France and Germany. Getty was faithfully attending Hitler's 1938, 1939 and 1940 rallies in Berlin; with Getty speaking highly of the Nazi regime; during a period when Hitler was invading Poland, Austria and Czechoslovakia; a period when the Nazis were already murdering Jews since 1932. Thousands gathered in Berlin to listen to anti-Semitic speeches by Hitler in 1935 & 1938, with Getty praising the Nazi equipment as being superb and the men as fine-looking; honest fellows as they returned from slaughtering innocent people in Poland.  In 1935 and into 1938 Germany was at full strength with its paramilitary force of 1,500,000. The Nazis were marching through Austria; murdering and stealing art objects from the Jews and anyone else.  The exemplary looting of the Rothschild collection was the German's main objective and to lay their hands on as much Rothschild property as possible, as it represented the most prestigious collection for Getty and Nazi dignitaries.  As Baron Rothschild was held prisoner and subjected to hard labour by Göring and the Nazis, with members of the Rothschilds later thrown into incinerators alive or hacked to death by meat hooks, Getty was at Baron Louis de Rothschild’s Vienna palace door; concerned with what was to be done with Rothschild's furniture. On November 9, 1938, the so-called Kristallnacht, the night of the crystal or broken glass, Getty was negotiating the sale of Rothschild's furniture. Antique dealers dealing in complicity with the Germans were quite able to get rid of anything on the market. On June 22, 1938 Getty acquired a magnificent carpet that belonged to Louis XIV, a Louis V side table with sublime porcelain plaques and sixteen chairs, settees, screens and other objects. He used the Malibu beach house he had recently bought ... which is the original Getty Museum; to house the valuable French eighteenth-century furniture he'd bought at bargain prices. Perhaps the furniture is still covered with the blood from the previous owners.  Getty attended the September 19, 1939 speech by Hitler which Getty called impressive; when Hitler hysterically attacked Britain. Getty was also investing his own money in German government bonds.  Getty who was a friend of King Edward VIII/Duke of Windsor since Oxford in 1912; may have swayed the Duke to become a Nazi supporter; therefore causing the King to be removed from the throne.  Getty wandered throughout Germany and Austria blind to Hitler's threat to Western democracies & civilization and oblivious to the torment of the Jews and intellectuals who opposed Hitler and the Nazis.

J. Paul Getty writes in "AS I SEE IT" that he was able to acquire Pentelic and Elgin marble statues of Hercules and Myttion that he longed for; once owned by the Marquis of Lansdowne ... which he purchased through art dealers; many of whom were working in collusion with Nazi officials.

GETTY: In those days, Russia was the only European country that required foreigners to have passports and visas for entry. I had both. I made another trip to Russia in 1935.

GETTY: To me, my works of art are all vividly alive. They are the embodiment of whoever created them, the mirror of their creator's hopes, dreams and frustrations. They have led eventful lives and cold bloodedly abandoned.

GETTY: Then, there is the unexpected triumph of my acquiring the famed Lansdowne HERAKLES. Perhaps the most important classical statue in English collections.

GETTY: Another fabulous coup was my acquisition of three of the world-famous Elgin marbles. One of them, Myttion. Now this is a piece I would love to have for myself.

GETTY: In 1938 I heard that the great Mensing Collection was being broken up. I immediately contacted the dealer through whom I made my art purchases in the Netherlands. Although the imminence of war in Europe had dropped the bottom out of art prices I authorized the dealer to bid up to $100,000 for Marten Looten by Rembrandt.

GETTY: There are two more anecdotes both amusing that I would like to relate. The first concerns the Ardabil carpet, which dates back to the 16th century. With the first great war scares of 1938 ... Lord Duveen by then 69 and with only a year of life remaining succumbed to the contagion of fear ... he offered to sell me the carpet for a little less than $70,000 ... I accepted instantly. At that price it was practically a gift.

Getty acquired Rothschild's furniture and many other works of art including a Raphael, a Rembrandt, a jewel like Ardabil carpet and this Gainsborough painting of Christie. The Gainsborough painting of James Christie presently at the Getty Museum and the Lansdowne marble statue of Herkales, (Hercules); 125 A.D. and Elgin marble throne circa 300 B.C. could be classified as objects that were appropriated unlawfully during the Nazi Era in 1938 as Getty assiduously added to his art collection with the Nazis.

Paintings presently at the Getty Museum and known to have been confiscated during the Nazi era and restituted before re-entering the art market - perhaps akin to Getty supplying the oil to burn down the neighborhood and then buying the valuables from the relatives of the victims?

His family had fled occupied France; so the auction of his collection was deemed a "forced sale."

Arii Matamoe The Royal End ... Paul Gauguin. The Getty acquired this painting in 2008. It changed ownership in the 1930's when Hitler was forcing Jews to sell artifacts. J. Paul Getty's support for Hitler seems to have a never-ending effect.

The J. Paul Getty Museum moved into their new location on Dec. 9, 1997 -- perhaps hiding bloody art objects -- acquired during the Nazi regime from murdered Jews and other harassed and tortured individuals one questions how homage can be paid to someone who may have been an accomplice to one of the worst atrocities in history as the Getty inheritors surround themselves in objects from the carnage?

To think; that J.P. Getty's oil may have been used in the German bombers -- that bombed Britain -- particularly London itself; when as many as many as 450 bombers dropped bombs over London with a large part of London being destroyed ... as well as killing 15,000 in London -- 43,000 killed in the UK. 

Getty's oil may have been used on board the German ship Bismarck; which sank the British warship HMS Hood in May, 1941; with 1,400 British sailors. 

World War II killed over 25,000,000 people. 7,500,000; USSR. Germany; 2,850,000; China; 2,200,000. Japan; 1,506,000. Britain; 544,596. USA; 400,000. Italy; 300,000. France; 210,671. Canada; 39,315. Australia; 29,395. 75,000; New Zealand, South Africa & the rest of the Empire and cost the United States of America $350,000,000,000 in 1945 dollars.

To think of the victims who were incinerated in the ovens with Getty's oil! 

In 1941 an 18-year-old Jewish boy had been sent to the Mauthausen concentration camp clinic with a foot inflammation.  SS Doctor Heim asked him about himself and why he was he so fit. The young man said he had been a soccer player and swimmer. Then, instead of treating the prisoner's foot, Heim anesthetised him, cut him open, castrated him, took apart one kidney and removed the second. The victim's head was removed and the flesh boiled off so that Heim could keep it on display.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as The Royal Princess Elizabeth ... remained in Britain during WWII rather than travelling to Canada for safety & is a true heroine who tended to the horror of the dead & dying on the streets of London during the Battle of Britain when 43,000 people were killed.  The Princess Royal at age 16 registered at the labour exchange like all girls her age and wanted to volunteer to be a nurse and help out in the bombed-out areas of London.  In early 1945 at age 19 ... The Princess was a Subaltern in the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS).  By the end of the war she had reached the rank of Junior Commander, having completed her course at No. 1 Mechanical training Centre of ATS and passed as a fully qualified driver. She was the first, and so far only, female member of the royal family to actually serve in the armed forces.

Many Canadians flew with the RAF against the German Luftwaffe during the Battle of Britain.  My father ... Keir George MacDonald fought at the front with the Canadian forces from ages 18 to 22 from Normandy on D-Day through the Battle of the Scheldt in Belgium & Holland to outside Berlin.  My grandfather Sgt. Major Daniel Aeneas MacDonald fought at Vimy Ridge & great-uncle Bill MacDonald was killed in action at Vimy. 

George Getty, J.P. Getty's eldest son was shuffled into the US War Crimes dept. where he remained for two years after the war.  George Getty later committed suicide.

Getty appointed Claus von Bûlow, as his Chief Executive. (Real name Borberg, son of imprisoned Nazi collaborator). 

J.P. Getty II KBE; a Knight of the British Empire, lived on his English country estate at Wormsley, after his father supported Hitler. Inside his Wormsley mansion there existed a Gainsborough painting, tapestry and furniture ... the likes of which may had been stolen from murdered owners. J. Paul Getty II was married to German; Gail Harris.  Their son John Paul Getty III married Gisela Zacher; born in Hesse, Germany.  Balthazar Getty is their son. Zacher later became Buttenbender and their daughter; Anna Getty was born in Berlin. Mark Getty, Chairman of the National Gallery in London?

Gordon Getty living in his mansion in San Francisco amongst the gay community after Hitler's regime massacred and incinerated hundreds of thousands of gay people in the 1930's.

The Getty Center in Brentwood -- near the Veterans' Hospital and amongst the Jewish community -- after millions of Jews were killed at the hands of the Nazis.
